The Challenge
Too much time and effort localizing popups
Fashion company Jack&Jones had a problem…
They spent too much time and effort localizing their popup campaigns.
Their website catered to multiple countries. Some of those countries — like Switzerland — hosted multiple languages.
Each of those countries and language pairings needed its own popup. This meant at any moment, Jack&Jones managed between 25-36 campaigns.
They used a third party popup builder to create and manage their campaigns, but this builder struggled to localize their popups efficiently.
“Even though the content for each campaign was the same, we had to create an entirely separate campaign for each of our markets. When we needed to update our campaigns, or schedule campaigns for weekends or holidays in advance, we had to do so one-by-one.”, explained Martyna at Jack&Jones.
