How does Fluentos count sessions?
+A session begins when a visitor enters your website. Every time the visitor interacts with your website, the session extends for 15 minutes. If 15 minutes pass without the visitor taking any action, a new session will begin.
How many page views are included in a session?
+Fluentos subscriptions are based around sessions, not pageviews. A session can include an unlimited number of pageviews.
How can I check my current plan usage?
+The percentage of your monthly sessions you have used is displayed in the top right corner of your dashboard. You can access more detailed information about your plan and usage by clicking on Plan and Billing, on the left hand side of your dashboard.
How can I upgrade my plan?
+You can upgrade your Fluentos plan at any time. Go to the Plan and Billing section and select the plan you want. Your plan will automatically and immediately upgrade without any interruption.
How can I cancel my plan?
+You can cancel your Fluentos plan at any time. Go to the Plan and Billing section and select the option to cancel your plan. You can then continue to use Fluentos until your current plan’s expiration date.
What payment methods do you accept?
+We process payments using Stripe, which accepts major payment cards and digital wallets. Bank transfers are only available through custom pricing arrangements.
