Target Campaigns By Your HubSpot Lists
The lists live in HubSpot, static or dynamic. You build them (VIPs, lapsed buyers, an active newsletter segment), and in Fluentos you point campaigns at them. When a contact clicks through from a HubSpot email, Fluentos recognises them and checks which lists they are in, then applies your rule: show a campaign to contacts in a list, like an exclusive for VIPs, or to contacts not in it or not recognised, like a signup ask for anyone not subscribed.
Recognise The Contact, Then Enrich Or Convert
Turn on contact fetch during setup, and Fluentos greets a known contact by name without asking for the details HubSpot already holds. Use that space one of two ways: run a quiz or preference form to enrich their HubSpot contact, or skip the form and show a personalised offer.
PRIVACY-FRIENDLY BY DEFAULT
Fluentos does not store submitted form data, only anonymised analytics. Profile data pulled from HubSpot stays between the visitor's browser and HubSpot and is not retained on Fluentos servers. Consent is written into HubSpot with a recorded legal basis, not stored by Fluentos.
How To Connect
- In Fluentos, add a HubSpot integration and click Authenticate with HubSpot.
- Approve the connection in the HubSpot popup. Done, no keys.
- Attach it to a campaign, pick a list for leads, add a display rule that targets a HubSpot list, and set consent handling.
