Target Campaigns By Your Klaviyo Segments
The segments live in Klaviyo. You build them (VIPs, lapsed buyers, subscribers), and in Fluentos you point campaigns at them. When a shopper clicks through from a Klaviyo email, Fluentos recognises them and checks which audiences they are in, then applies your rule: show a campaign to people in an audience, like a private offer for VIPs, or a signup ask for anyone who is not subscribed yet.
Recognise The Visitor, Then Enrich Or Convert
Turn on profile fetch during setup (your call) and Fluentos greets a returning subscriber by name without asking for the email it already has. Use that space one of two ways: run a quiz to enrich their Klaviyo profile, or skip the form and show a personalised offer.
PRIVACY-FRIENDLY BY DEFAULT
Fluentos does not store submitted form data, only anonymised analytics. Profile data pulled from Klaviyo stays between the visitor's browser and Klaviyo and is not retained on Fluentos servers.
How To Connect
- In Fluentos, add a Klaviyo integration and click Authenticate with Klaviyo.
- Approve the connection in the Klaviyo popup. Done, no keys.
- Attach Klaviyo to a campaign, pick a list for signups, and add a display rule that targets a Klaviyo audience.
